Meet the Founder, Nicole!
“Boss Babe” Nicole Guzzardi co-owns AG Construction Company alongside of her boyfriend, real estate investor, Billy Alvaro. They are currently developing real estate all over New Jersey, New York and recently expanding to other states.
Nicole is a remarkable individual who wears multiple hats with grace and determination. As a mother of three and most recently, a grandmother, she cherishes the importance of family.
In addition to her achievements in the real estate industry, Nicole is also the founder of The Committee GNO, an empowering all-women's networking platform. Through this platform, she has created a vibrant community where like-minded women in business can connect, collaborate, and uplift each other. .
Nicole wanted to be a true force for positive change. Because of her ability to create meaningful connections among women in business, she was motivated to help the single mom community. Driven by her compassion and determination, Nicole founded the S.M.A.R.T Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the single mother community. Alongside her dedicated board members, Nicole seeks to provide resources, support, and opportunities to single mothers and their children.
Her endeavors are all a testament to her desire to give back to the community and uplift women. Nicole's dedication and passion continue to make a lasting impact on the the female community, inspiring hope and providing invaluable resources for a brighter future.

Amanda Gyetvay
Meet our co-founder, Amanda!
Amanda is a local Monmouth County Photographer, owner of My Room Studios and co-founder of The Committee GNO.
Amanda is a dog mom to her two fur-babies, Roman and Chief and loves being able to give-back to shelters that are not only local but across the USA. Both Nicole and Amanda have donated to more than a dozen animal shelters in the year of 2022 as well as hosted a big charity event for their friend and local dog rescue, No More Pain Resq raising over $15,000 to be put towards their vet bills!
Amanda has always loved to give back to the community, support local & small business owners, and connect with others, so when Nicole and Amanda re-connected after the first Committee GNO event, it was a no brainer for the two of them to partner up!
Now over 6 years later, Nicole and Amanda continue to bring the community together by hosting their GNO (Girls Networking Out) events.
Watching the women create genuine relationships while having a great time is what keeps them going!

Brianna Santigate is the founder of All Things BNS, a multifaceted business dedicated to the vibrant world of dance, social media management, and travel.
Specializing in an array of services that cater to dance enthusiasts, providing top-notch social media management solutions for businesses seeking online presence, and curating unforgettable travel experiences. Our commitment lies in blending creativity, expertise, and passion to deliver excellence across these diverse domains.
Brianna grew up dancing competitively and continued her studies throughout high school and college, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Montclair State University. Her professional credits include touring globally with Reggaeton artist Nicky Jam since 2022. She has danced at the Miss America Pageant, been in music videos by artists like JBalvin, Cardi B, Frankie Zulferino, Nio Garcia and Scott Paul. Was featured in the US Open Campaign commercial, danced for the New York Jets Flight Crew 2018 & 2019, and can be seen on Fox's So You Think You Can Dance Season 16 as a "Top 40" dancer.
Brianna is excited to share her expertise in not only dance but social media management and helping create fabulous itineraries from first hand experience, that will make your trips unforgettable.
